After graduating from the University of Arts and Culture faculty, I got inspired by the creative atmosphere and turned my own spark and knowledge into action and started my path of event production and management by establishing Paritet in 2000.
Within our team I am more of a team leader rather than a boss. I am proud that we’ve established affiliative relationships instead of formal hierarchy between employees of our company. Every team member realizes own value, purpose and significance. This is why I favour my position as the leader of leaders. Thanks to individual initiative, Paritet succeeds in adopting to market changes, trends dynamics and unexpected in-project situations. I do my best to feel the situation, to skillfully combine informal approach with justified managerial control and distance-keeping.
We have a creative environment developing us individually and collectively.
